Our Guarantee – Permanent placements (6 months plus)

If in the unlikely event a permanent candidate does not remain in the Client’s employment for at least 6 months, or has their employment terminated by the Client within 6 months from the commencement date,  Nannies on Demand will endeavour to provide a replacement free of charge if the following conditions have been met:-
a)        The Client notifies Nannies on Demand in writing within 48 hours of the Candidate’s termination or resignation.
b)             The Client paid Nannies on Demand’s placement fee in full within 7 days of the invoice date, unless prior arrangement was made to extend the due date.
c)             The Client has not changed the Candidate’s location of employment, hourly rate, the hours originally agreed by the Candidate and Client, or the original job description, and has provided & completed with the Candidate an employment contract.
d)            The Client has paid a mileage allowance of .77 cents per KM to the Nanny if the Nanny was required to use her own vehicle for childcare/role related errands while in the role.
e)             The Client has provided Nannies on Demand with a completed copy of the employment contract.
f)            The Client’s only reason for terminating the Candidate’s employment was due to his/her unsuitability to the role.

g)         The Client did not terminate the Candidate’s employment or the Candidate did not resign due to unreasonable demands placed upon the Candidate by the Client or for reasons stated above in ‘c’.

h)            The Candidate did not resign due to abuse or mistreatment
i)              The Client still intends to employ some kind of child carer through Nannies on Demand.
j)              The Client has allowed Nannies on Demand 21 days to recruit a suitable replacement Candidate free of charge to be engaged by the Client, commencing from the date the Client notified Nannies on Demand in writing, of the original Candidate’s resignation or termination.  The client has not during this 21 day period recruited through their own means.
If the Candidate stays in the role for a minimum of 6 months from the agreed start date, the engagement is regarded as satisfactory and Nannies on Demand shall have fulfilled its guarantee obligations and no refund will be offered from this point. 

 

Refund Structure

 

In the event that Nannies on Demand is unable to supply a replacement and the above conditions have been adhered to, Nannies on Demand will refund as per the refund structure below.

Week Five to Week Seven                                   60% refund
Week Eight to Week Nine                                    40% refund
Week Ten to Week Twelve                                   20% refund
Week Thirteen To Six Months                             10% refund
 

Employment Contract & Client Responsibility

Nannies on Demand, holds no responsibility for the Client and Candidate’s employment contract and such matters are to be arranged & discussed between the Client and the Candidate.  Nannies on Demand will provide a template Employment Contract, which the Client may choose to use as a guide or point of reference.  Alternatively, the Client may use a contract of their choice.  Once the contract between Client and Candidate is drawn prior to the Nanny commencing in her role, the Client is then responsible for submitting a copy to Nannies on Demand shortly after completion in order for Nannies on Demand to honour the guarantee above

Nannies on Demand, does not exclude or restrict liability for death or personal injury resulting from it’s negligence.

Additional to Nannies on Demand taking up references on the Candidate, the Client shall also satisfy himself as to the suitability of any Candidate and shall take up any references provided by the Candidate and/or Nannies on Demand before engaging the Candidate in employment.
