Permanent Placement fee
(Greater than 6 months)
0-29 hours per week 4% of the Nanny’s gross annual income + GST based on 52 weeks
(Minimum charge of $300 plus GST applies)
30+ hours per week 2.5% of Nanny’s gross annual income + GST based on 52 weeks
(Minimum charge of $300 plus GST applies)
0 – 30+ hours per week Live-in Nanny 4% of the Nanny’s gross annual income + GST based on 52 weeks
(Minimum charge of $300 plus GST applies)
Loyalty Discount :
Should you work exclusively with Nannies on Demand and pay the permanent placement fee upfront, or; have previously had a Nanny successfully placed through our agency within the last 12 months, on a permanent basis, a discount of 20% will be given. |

10% of the Nanny‘s or Au pairs’ gross annual salary + GST based on 52 weeks.

Short Term/Fixed Term Nanny Placements

Temporary Live in Placements
(Includes weekends) |

| Babysitter booking fee – FROM 6pm onwards (an earlier start time can be negotiated, the hourly rate will change to that of a Nanny) |

| Shared Babysitter or Temporary Nanny (Maximum of 2 families) |

Babysitter 10 block Subscription
(A block of 10 bookings – does not include the hourly rate of the babysitter. No expiry date) |

Annual Babysitter Subscription Fee
(Should the agency be unable to place a babysitter in the annual subscriber’s role, or should the booking not be fulfilled by the babysitter arranged, provided 48 hours notice has been given, the annual subscriber will receive an additional one week membership at the end of the subscription). |
$300 plus GST for unlimited bookings

| Cancellation Fee for babysitting/temporary nanny/day by day bookings. |
A cancellation fee of $25 plus GST applies to all temporary Nanny & babysitting bookings once a childcare professional has been confirmed in your role, should you decide to cancel. |
