Our Fees

NANNIES ON DEMAND FEES (IN ADDITION TO THE CHILDCARE PROFESSIONAL’S WAGE)
Permanent Placement fee (Greater than 20 weeks)	One-off payment of Nanny’s gross weekly wage plus GST (With a minimum charge of $210 plus GST) Permanent placement fee reduces to $380 plus GST if using our home based education service. Must be registered for a minimum of 3 days per week @ 6 hours per day. Programme is currently only available to those families residing in the Pukekohe through to Wellsford areas.
Permanent Placement fee – Live in Nanny (Greater than 20 weeks)	One-off payment of Nanny’s gross weekly wage plus GST before accommodation/board is subtracted (With a minimum charge of $380 plus GST)
Overseas/International placements outside of Australia and New Zealand	10% of the Nanny’s gross annual salary + GST (Paid in advance)
++ Overseas/International Placements++  A permanent placement fee will be charged based on the nanny’s annual earnings even if the contract is greater than 20 weeks but less than 12 months  (Paid In advance)
Au Pair Placement Fee NZ  (3 months)	$295.00 plus GST (Discount given for consecutive 3 month placements)
Au Pair Placement Fee NZ (6-12 months)	$495 plus GST
Premium Au Pair Placement Fee NZ	$650 plus GST
Au Pair Placement Fee Australia (6 - 12 months)	$550.00 plus GST
Temporary Day by Day Nanny Booking Fee (< 1 week)	$18 per day plus GST
Fixed term temporary placements (1-5 weeks)	$80 plus GST per week
Fixed term temporary placements (6-10 weeks)	$65 plus GST per week
Fixed term temporary placements (11-20 weeks)	$45 plus GST per week
Temporary Live in Placements Per 24 hour period (Includes weekends)	$20 per day plus GST
Babysitter 6pm onwards (an earlier start time can be negotiated, sitter's hourly rate may change)	$18 plus GST per booking/sitter (Min of 3 hours must be booked)
Shared Babysitter (Maximum 2 families)	$25 plus GST per booking, shared
Annual Babysitter Subscription Fee (Opt 1) (Vetted Babysitter placed on a 1 year term)	$100 plus GST
Annual Babysitter Subscription Fee (Opt 2) (Should the agency be unable to place a babysitter in the annual subscribers role, or should the booking not be fulfilled by the babysitter arranged, provided 48 hours notice has been given, the annual subscriber will receive an additional one week membership at the end of the subscription	$300 plus GST for unlimited bookings (Paid in advance)
Rates for Hotels, Weddings, Corporate organisations, Corporate Events, Conferences, Available on request
Last minute request fee	A last minute fee of $23 plus GST applies to all bookings if a minimum of 24 hours notice is not given)
Cancellation Fee for babysitting/temporary day by day nanny bookings.	A cancellation fee of $23 plus GST applies to all temporary day by day nanny & babysitting bookings once a childcare professional has been confirmed in your role, should you decide to cancel.

 
Nannies on Demand operates a Wage Administration Service which oversees PAYE, ACC & leave entitlements.   An initial set up charge of $30 plus GST, in addition to a weekly processing fee of $12.00 incl of GST applies.

Nannies on Demand, recommends the hourly rate for a New Zealand Nanny should be between $18 – $28 (depending on the location, experience and qualifications of the Nanny).  A recommended mileage allowance of .74 cents per KM will also apply should the Nanny be required to use her own car for childcare related purposes.

Evening Babysitters are paid from $13.50 to $15.00 per hour & require a minimum of three hours per booking. 

All fees are based on a per family basis unless specified, with the exception of permanent placements where two families can share both the agency placement fee and hourly rate of the Nanny. Please contact us for a quote should you require a nanny share on a temporary or fixed term basis.
