Wedding Nanny Service

Are you contemplating having children at your wedding?

There is no denying that having children present will add an undeniable element of enthusiasm and joy to your special day. Children are an important part of the family. Having them well cared for allows your guests to relax and enjoy themselves..

Nannies on Demand, offers a unique solution in providing parents with the flexibility of having their childcare needs catered for on the special day. For a minimum of 3 hours, your children can enjoy the benefits of  experienced and approved Nannies to play, entertain and supervise them. Depending on your requirements, we can also provide face painters,  books, activities and games**  Extra charges apply**.

Agency Fees For A Group Booking

Non-refundable agency group booking fee, $150 plus GST.  50% deposit due one month prior to the event, with the remaining 50% due one prior to the event.    (For unlimited Nannies ** Nanny's hourly rate is in addition to).

Please contact us for a quote should you not require a group booking.

Wedding Nanny Hourly Rate: 

Set rate of $90 covers the first three hours, on a per Nanny basis, paid directly to the Nanny upon completion of her assignment.  Alternatively, for a no-hassle process, we can invoice you for the full amount of the nanny's wages.  *Service fee of $50 plus GST will apply*.

Additional hours are charged at between $25-$30 per hour, depending on the requirements of the role. 

Please note:  Due to the location of some venues, a  mileage allowance may also apply for each nanny booked. (Please ask us)

Optional extras 

Evening Babysitting Service

For added convenience, should any of your wedding party require an on/off-site evening babysitter for when their children are ready to retire to bed, our Nannies can escort the child/ren back to their accommodation and care for them until their parents return.   Babysitting rates apply from 6pm onward. 

++Please note: In order for our Nannies to provide a safe & healthy environment for your children, it may be necessary to place additional Nannies or Babysitters.  Please contact us for a ratio guideline.
