Our Wedding Nanny Service

Are you contemplating having children at your wedding?

There is no denying that having children present will add an undeniable element of enthusiasm and joy to your special day. Children are an important part of the family. Having them well cared for allows your guests to relax and enjoy themselves

Nannies on Demand, offers a unique solution in providing parents with the flexibility of having their childcare needs catered for on the special day. For a minimum of 3 hours your children can enjoy the benefits of  experienced and approved Nannies to play, entertain and supervise them. Depending on requirements, we can also assist you in providing books, activities and games.

Agency Fees

Non-refundable agency group booking fee, $130 plus GST.  50% deposit due one month before the event, with the remaining 50% due one week before the event. 

Wedding Nanny Rate: 

First three hours from $76 to $90.00 on a per Nanny basis, paid directly to the Nanny via bank transaction or cheque.

Additional hours are charged at between $18-$22 per hour, depending on what is required.   

Optional extras 

Babysitting Service

For added convenience, should any of your wedding party require an on/off-site babysitter for when their children are ready to retire to bed, our Nannies can escort the child/ren back to their accommodation and care for them until their parents return.  

Premier Babysitter

A Premier Babysitter will sleep over and if required will stay on to enable you to have a sleep in. (Can be purchased in addition to a Wedding Nanny or as a separate service). A Premier Babysitter will usually start at 9pm and stay until 7am the next day, however times can be suited to your requirements.

++Please note: In order for our Nannies to provide a safe environment for your children, depending  on the number and ages of children in attendance, you may require additional Nannies or Babysitters.  Please contact us for a ratio guideline.

We can also build packages to suit and on request can provide you with flyers to enclose with your wedding invitations should you prefer to have your guests contact us directly.
