Our Nanny ServiceIn order to match candidates to your position we require from you, a completed and signed Registration Form. Having ascertained your requirements, the real test comes in transposing this into reality and providing you with a shortlist of suitable candidates for you to interview. Once we have achieved this, you have the opportunity to meet the candidates, typically this takes place in your home setting. In order to assist you with the structure of the nanny interview we have designed a document called ‘The Family Interview Guide which will also enable you to compare and contrast the candidates. 
Nannies on Demands aim is to ensure that candidates have been vetted to the highest possible standards and as a credible agency we guarantee that each candidate will have undergone a thorough personal and biographical interview, by an experienced interviewer.
