'My Pal' Au Pair Programme

Nannies on Demand 'My Pal' programme, caters to those families with children aged 0+ that require extra support with household duties, or; who are not wanting to enrol their children in our home based education service.   In using this programme, your Au Pair can assist you with your usual day to day childcare & light housework requirements unlike our 'Educate Me' programme.  Duties may include:  assisting with evening meals, baking with the children, accompanying the children to extracurricular activities, helping with homework or light household duties such as vacuuming, laundry or ironing.  An Au Pair should not be expected to assist with heavy household chores such as cleaning ovens, fridges, pantries and the like.

While our 'My Pal' programme does not have an educational element attached to it, the Au Pairs generally share the same interests of your child/ren whether it be art, sport, or music.

What are the benefits?

• Your Au Pair will receive a 'Welcome to NZ' information pack to give her further insight about NZ and being an Au Pair

• Your Au Pair will have the chance to attend monthly coffee groups
• Your Au Pair will be provided with the contact details of other Au Pairs & Nannies in their region
• Your Au Pair will have the opportunity to network with other Au Pairs throughout NZ via our Facebook page.
• Assistance with payroll wage administration (Including PAYE, holiday pay, ACC & Employer contributions) ++Extra charge applies++
