Our Guarantee - Fixed Term Nanny Placements (1-6 months)

Our Guarantee – Fixed Term Nanny placements (1 to 6 months) 

If in the unlikely event a fixed term candidate does not remain in the Client’s employment as per their contracted term up to a maximum of 6 months, or has their employment terminated by the Client, Nannies on Demand will endeavour to provide a replacement free of charge if the following conditions have been met:-

a)             The Client notifies Nannies on Demand in writing within 48 hours of the Candidate’s termination or resignation.
b)             The Client paid Nannies on Demand’s placement fee in full within 7 days of the invoice date, unless prior arrangement was made to extend the due date.
c)             The Client has not changed the Candidate’s location of employment, hourly rate, the hours originally agreed by the Candidate and Client, or the original job description, and has provided & completed with the Candidate an employment contract.
d)            The Client has paid a mileage allowance of .77 cents per KM to the Nanny if the Nanny was required to use her own vehicle for childcare/role related errands while in the role.
e)             The Client has provided Nannies on Demand with a completed & signed copy of the employment contract.
f)              The Client’s only reason for terminating the Candidate’s employment was due to his/her unsuitability to the role.
g)            The Client did not terminate the Candidate’s employment or the Candidate did not resign due to unreasonable demands placed upon the Candidate by the Client or for reasons stated above in ‘c’.
h)            The Candidate did not resign due to abuse or mistreatment
i)              The Client still intends to employ some kind of child carer through Nannies on Demand.
j)              The Client has allowed Nannies on Demand 21 days to recruit a suitable replacement Candidate free of charge to be engaged by the Client, commencing from the date the Client notified Nannies on Demand in writing, of the original Candidate’s resignation or termination.  The client has not during this 21 day period recruited through their own means.
If the Candidate stays in the role for the entirety of their role, with the maximum term being 6 months, from the agreed start date, the engagement is regarded as satisfactory and Nannies on Demand shall have fulfilled its guarantee obligations and no refund will be offered from this point.

Refund Structure

In the event that Nannies on Demand is unable to supply a replacement and the above conditions have been adhered to, Nannies on Demand will refund as per the refund structure below.
