Nannies on Demand was established by Trisha Donovan, whose love of children and passion in providing high quality childcare resulted in the founding of her own nanny agency.  As the parent of a beautiful daughter, Trisha knows just how important it is in finding the right childcare professional.

Our Mission

• To provide families with educated, professional and suitably skilled Nannies & Babysitters who understand the responsibility of caring for the physical, emotional, intellectual, social and recreational needs of children. 

• To provide quality Au pairs who take their role as an Au pair seriously and understand the responsibility of caring for the physical, emotional, intellectual, social and recreational needs of children.

• To provide an approachable and professional service to all of our Nannies, Au pairs and Babysitters, ensuring they feel supported and confident in their role.
